Dr. Nancy Kirsner, Ph.D., M.Ed, OTR, TEP, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and is certified as a
Trainer, Educator, and Practitioner by the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and
Group Psychotherapy. She has been in private practice for over 30 years and has taught healthcare
professionals at the University of Miami, Florida International University and University of Florida. Dr.
Kirsner has a vast clinical background, using the expressive and creative arts, as well as more traditional
psychotherapeutic skills.

What is Psychodrama?
Psychodrama uses action methods to explore a person's private and public worlds. The goal of
psychodrama is to release the creativity and spontaneity of each individual, allowing them to
experience a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Psychodrama techniques empower individuals to
develop their best inner resources in the present, while honoring their past, and having dreams and
hopes for the future.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in developing new skills for personal and professional growth and individuals with
a willingness to actively participate and engage with other group members. An acting background is
not necessary.
