I. CREATING HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS: MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICES
10/20/07
We will look at our relationship choices to discover which ones are energy givers versus
which ones are energy vampires. We will focus on our expectations and HOW and WHO
we choose for WHAT in our lives. Learning to make healthy relationship choices leads to
fulfilling connections and greater satisfaction in all relationships whether work, social, or
romantic.
II. BOUNDARIES IN ACTION: A CONSCIOUS PRACTICE FROM THE INSIDE OUT
12/01/07
Life is all about Boundaries- how we define ourselves, our relationships with self, others, our
communities, and the world. Establishing healthy boundaries is a life long developmental
process that begins by knowing and owning your own inner life and reality and then
communicating that to those around you. We will use action methods to establish boundaries
in flexible, grounded, and useful ways.
III. KEEPING YOUR MAGIC ALIVE IN A BURNOUT WORLD
09/29/07
The pace and stress of life in the 21st century can dampen our spontaneity for creative living.
Come and experience adult magic with the help of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter…Together
we will explore the use of ordinary objects (a hat, cape, mirror) as vehicles to enliven our lives
with much needed sparks of fun and creativity.
No prior Magic experience necessary!
IV. TAP INTO YOUR POWER: BLENDING ACTION METHODS AND ENERGY
PSYCHOLOGY
05/17/08
Join us to learn simple techniques that can relieve physical and psychological stressors that build
up in daily living. Learn simple energy techniques that offer support, enhance positive energy,
health, and strengths. A basic introduction to the chakras through a meditation/walk will be
combined with the energy work and then facilitated through action integration methods.

V. SEEING THE WORLD THROUGH NEW EYES
03/01/08
Proust said the voyage of discovery lies not in seeking new vistas but in having n eyes…We live and
walk through our daily lives but what and how much do we “really see ?” And if indeed our eyes are
the windows to our souls, how does what we see impact and effect our actions ? Through J.L.
Moreno’s magic wand of role reveral we will see ourselves, each other, and our world through new
eyes. This shift in perception offers the gifts of curiosity, openness, and connection to the
unexpected blessings of our daily lives and relationships.

VI. 24/7: ITS ABOUT TIME !
01/26/08
No matter who we are, what age, how much we know, or how much money we have – we all have the
same 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Our relationship to time and how we choose to spend it is vital
to balance and the quality of our lives. We talk of being “stressed out” and having “ no time for
ourselves”. This workshop explores new and creative ways to relate to and “tell time” with you at
the center.
VII. UNCLUTTERING: KIS: KEEP IT SIMPLE ! Professional Organizer, Kristin Hebert and
Dr. Nancy Kirsner
02/02/08
In this interactive workshop, a professional organizer, Kristin Hebert, GOProductivity.com and
psychodramatist-psychologist unite to help us focus on OUR CLUTTER. How we create it and how
it is so important to us. Clutter can distract us from important goals as well as interfere with rest and
quiet time. Learn basic decluttering techniques and some simple action steps to declutter your mind,
home, or office.
